If you wish to book a maximum three days staying: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must tell us at least three days before the date of the arrival and you must comunicate it through e-mail or fax. If you don't comunicate your booking removal within this term or if you don't arrive at the day of booking (No-Show) you must pay one night staying. If you wish to book for a staying of more of three days: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must tell us at least seven days before the date of the arrival and you must comunicate it through e-mail or fax. If you don't comunicate your booking removal within this term or if you don't arrive at the day of booking (No-Show) you must pay 50% of the whole staying. Cancel reservation for Groups: For group or for reservation of tre rooms or more, we need an account of the 30% of the total stay. Yf You wish to cancel or change Your rservation, You have to do it 10 days before Your arrival date, anyway the account will be not refunded. In any case cancellations must be considered fully accepted only when the Hotel gives written confirmation by email response: The compilation and the dispatch of Ambasciatori web forms, entails the authorization of personal data treatment by the law no 675/94 art. 10. Personal data treatment means its recording, oganizing, processing, selection, extraction, utilization and cancellation, or rather the combination of two or more of those operations. Personal data will be used from Ambasciatori Hotel just, to internal processing and to propose You our tourist and business offers. Personal data will not communicate to others. Please notice: the hotel cannot take American Express credit cards as warranties, but just as a payment method.
